My career started in complexity. With a Master’s in Management of Big Construction Projects from EHTP and another in Marketing Strategy, I learned how to make massive, multi-million dirham projects work. I ran ventures online and offline, deep in the operational details.
 
But on the side, I found myself drawn to a different kind of chaos: the brilliant founder who was making money but was trapped in their own business. They had revenue, but no peace. Growth, but no system.
 
I started helping them for free, applying the principles of project management and strategy to their operations. The moment I saw a founder get their time back, focus on their real work, and watch their revenue scale predictably — I knew I had found my calling.
